Grant worked patiently with me on a harder than average home to sell (based on price and a smaller than usual market). When the right buyer came along he helped to facilitate the process professionally to move it to closing. He worked with me when I resisted lowering the price just to advance a quick sale as I knew the home had value and would appeal to the right buyer. His association with Breeden Century 21 helped expose the home to a larger number of potential interested buyers which ultimately paid off. Patience and his understanding and respect of the seller's needs was instrumental in moving this harder than average home to sell to the ultimate sale where both seller and buyer were satisfied. Grant is an asset to Breeden Century 21 and will work diligently and patiently with you in selling or buying a home. I was overall very satisfied with Grant Watson as my listing agent.

I purchased my home a little over a year ago in a tight housing market in my price range. I sat down with Grant and I gave him my must haves in a house and we started the search. We had looked for a few months at homes but nothing seemed to be in my must have options at the price I needed. I was close to just waiting for a few months to see if the options would pick up when I received a call from Grant. He had just been to a Realtor showing of a home not on the market yet and that I needed to see it ASAP. We met the next day at the house. We walked it and made an offer at the end of the walk and the owner accepted it. It was the fixer upper that I was wanting and had the things I was looking for in an older home.
